| The real culprit Ram is feeling low all the time off late. Without any rhyme or reason his mood gets off. He gets angry on every little thing and his anger was wrongly directed on everyone else and even on God. He is unable to figure out why. He is unhappy with his own behavior and in the process he is unnecessarily hurting himself through his misdirected emotions. Where is the real problem? How often do we feel low and sad not knowing the real reason? How often do we pick up a fight on the road due to misdirected pent up anger? How often do we tend to put the blame on the environment or someone? else for our issues? It is time that we observe and scrutinize this newly acquired bad temper and see if you know what caused it. Some feel depressed and drag their lives on and on unhappily not knowing what to do and how and what to solve, whereas others fall into traps of habits and addictions to escape reality. Take a deeper look to know what’s making you unhappy and depressed. The Real Culprit: One should talk to a counselor or even take a sheet of paper and write on it tracking all the bits and pieces of happenings in life and issues that were encountered and get to the root and understand the real culprit who is behind this sadness and depression. Some of the things that could come out in this exercise would lead to the real culprit behind the depression – Unachieved goals, Diffidence, Anxieties and Fears. Once one identifies the real culprit, determine to fight against the culprit and make a vow to get them out of his/her system and work towards success. One of the ways to indoctrinate oneself is tutor One’s subconscious mind with a strong message by writing the same down. .For example-"I declare a war on everything that is standing in the way of my happiness" Once the subconscious accepts the challenge the system would settle well and would not yield to getting defeated by these identified culprits coming in the way of success Understand Yourself We are responsible for our happiness and unhappiness. Our own timidity and lack of self confidence and succumbing to our own emotions are the real enemies that are within us and not outside.
